Honest questions, honest answers
Why no refunds?
The product is research. Once you've read it, you've gotten the value. We keep the price low and the terms simple. Read the free sample cities first — that's what they're there for.
Why annual only, no monthly?
Same reason. We'd rather charge once a year to the people who actually use this over a year than nickel-and-dime everyone for one-weekend-of-research access.
Who's behind this?
A small team that built it because the existing CRE data tools are either institutional (CoStar, $$$) or hot-tip nonsense. We wanted research that sources every number, dates every claim, and says what it means.
How do I know your data is good?
Read any city page's catalyst chronology — every item links to the public source we used. If we can't source it, we don't publish it. Sample West Lafayette to see what depth looks like.
